Not So......Fast?!?

Tonight's episode rings in the third year of our podcast. We discuss our current church fast as well as some tips to hopefully help those who are new to fasting. Some important references to read about fasting include Matthew 6:16-18, Isaiah 58:6-11, Ezra 8:21-23 and Mark 2:18-20. There are many more instances than these so feel free to actually look into and study fasting and what happens when the people of God commit to this practice.
